How to Track
Shipping Carriers
We ship with the following partners:
Domestic: UPS and USPS
International: DHL
Tracking links will take you directly to the appropriate carrier’s site.
Processing & Shipping
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. During promotional periods or high-volume times, processing may extend to 14 business days. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time:
Domestic: 3 to 7 business days
International: 2 to 14 business days depending on destination
FAQs
When will tracking be available?
Tracking is typically active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment. If not, contact support@stt.hair.
My tracking isn’t updating. What should I do?
Carriers may delay updates. If there’s no update after 48 hours, contact us.
My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Confirm your shipping address, check with neighbors or building staff, contact the carrier, or email support@stt.hair.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes may not be possible after processing. Contact support immediately.
