Shipping Policy

At Shiloh Temple Tresses, each order is prepared with precision and care. Fulfillment is managed through our facility in Branford, Connecticut. We proudly serve clients throughout the United States and internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During promotional periods or high-volume times, processing may extend to 14 business days. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Standards

At Shiloh Temple Tresses, all orders are shipped securely and promptly using premium carriers, selected based on order specifications and destination, to ensure timely delivery across both domestic and international regions.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate within the carriers system.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, order weight, and selected delivery speed. From time to time, promotional shipping offers may be available

Pre-Orders

Select items may be offered on a pre-order basis. These items are custom-crafted and may require 14-21 business days to arrive at our facility prior to shipment. For full details, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy.

Duties and Taxes

International clients are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the order total and are payable upon delivery

Shipping Assurance

All orders are shipped via premium carriers with full tracking and signature confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered and signed for, Shiloh Temple Tresses is no longer liable for the shipment.
