1. Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, Shiloh Temple Tresses does not offer refunds. However, we do provide an exchange option. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you may return them in their original, unaltered condition for an exchange of equal value. You have 10 business days from the date of receipt to initiate this exchange process. Please note that Shiloh Temple Tresses is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges. You will also be responsible for the shipping fees for the new order once your exchange is processed. The exchange process will only begin once we have received the returned items in their original, unmanipulated condition.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept exchanges for hair extensions, eyelashes, and other products that remain unopened, unworn, and in their original condition. Items must not have been removed from their packaging or tampered with in any way. For exchanges, the product must still have its original security seal intact. Exchanges are only allowed for products within the same price range; if you wish to select a product from a different range, this will be treated as a return and a new purchase will need to be made.
3. Why Opened Products Are Non-Exchangeable
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, such as hair extensions and eyelashes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been opened or used. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
4. How to Exchange Your Product
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@stt.hair within 10 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. The product must be shipped back in its original packaging and condition. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not qualify for an exchange.
5. Processing Your Exchange
After we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our exchange criteria, we will proceed with sending out the replacement item. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange process, including both the return and the shipment of the new item.
6. Defective Product Replacement
At Shiloh Temple Tresses, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a hair extension or eyelash product that is defective, we will gladly replace it. To qualify for a replacement, the defect must be reported to our customer service team at info@stt.hair within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please provide detailed information and photos of the defect.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the defective item at no additional cost to you. Please note that this policy applies only to defective products, and not to items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with unless the defect is evident before use.
