RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, Shiloh Temple Tresses Does not offer refunds. However, we do provide an exchange option. If you are unsatisfied with the products received, you may return them in their original, unused, and unaltered condition for an exchange of equal value. You must initiate the exchange process within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Please note, Shiloh Temple Tresses is not responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges. You will also be responsible for the shipping fees for the new order after the exchange is processed. The exchange process will begin only after we receive the returned items in their original, unmanipulated condition.

Exchange Eligibility

 We accept exchanges for hair extensions, eyelashes, and other products that are     unopened, unworn, and in their original condition. The items must remain in their original packaging, with the security seal intact and without any tampering. Exchanges are allowed only for products within the same price range. If you wish to exchange for a product of a different price range, it will be processed as a return, and a new purchase will be required.

Why Opened Products Are Non-Exchangeable

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, such as hair extensions and eyelashes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been opened or used. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.

How to Exchange Your Product

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@stt.hair within 10 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. The product must be shipped back in its original packaging and condition. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not qualify for an exchange.

Processing Your Exchange

After we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our exchange criteria, we will proceed with sending out the replacement item. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange process, including both the return and the shipment of the new item.

Defective Product Replacement

At Shiloh Temple Tresses, we are committed to the quality of our products. If you receive a defective hair extension or eyelash product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the defect to our customer service team at support@stt.hair within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please include detailed information and photographic evidence of the defect in your report.

Upon verification of the defect, we will arrange for a replacement of the defective item. This policy applies solely to defective products and does not cover items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with, unless the defect was evident prior to use.

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Emails received outside these hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be addressed on the next business day.
