Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the hygienic standards and quality control of our extensions, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@stt.hair within 10 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only accepted if the item received is defective or not what was ordered. In such cases, products must be returned in unopened, untampered, and original condition, with all security seals intact.
We do not accept exchanges for reasons related to preference, texture, or change of mind. Products that have been opened, altered, or worn are not eligible under any circumstance.
3. Shipping Responsibility
If a replacement is approved, Shiloh Temple Tresses will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipment of the replacement item. We are not responsible for shipping fees unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
4. Client Support
Our client care team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, and responds to all emails within 24 hours. We encourage all clients to review their selections carefully before completing their order.
