Pre-Order Policy
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve select Shiloh Temple Tresses products before they become available in our inventory. These items are custom-crafted to your selected specifications and are not ready-to-ship.
All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Fulfillment may take 14–21 business days for the product to arrive at our facility. Once received, your order will be shipped the same business day and tracking information will be provided.
Orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together in a single delivery once the pre-ordered item is ready. If you would like your in-stock item shipped sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
You may request to cancel your pre-order prior to shipment by contacting support@stt.hair. Once your order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
