How long does it take for me to receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days domestically, 7-21 business days internationally.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days domestically, 3-7 business days internationally.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days both domestically and internationally.

For custom or pre-order items (like Blonde and Textured hair), processing takes 10-14 business days, with shipping no later than 14 business days from the date of purchase.

How do I create an account?
Visit the Shiloh Temple Tresses website, click on “Create Account,” and follow the steps to provide your details (email, password, etc.).

How do I change my shipping address?
If you’ve already placed an order and realize there’s an error in your shipping address, contact customer service immediately at orders@stt.hair or call (860) 759-7723. Address changes after shipping may not be possible, so act quickly.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the provided link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?
Shiloh Temple Tresses values your privacy and security. We do not store credit card information after the transaction is completed.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax may be applied depending on the laws of the state or country you’re ordering from. Check at checkout to see if sales tax applies to your order.

Do you ship to my country?
Shiloh Temple Tresses ships internationally. However, certain countries may have import restrictions. If your country cannot be shipped to, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Will my items come in one package?
If all items in your order are available, we will generally be shipped together. For pre-order or custom-made items, those may be shipped separately once ready.


Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
Shiloh Temple Tresses does not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. However, we allow exchanges for items that are unopened, unused, and in our original packaging. Exchange requests must be initiated within 10 business days of receiving the order.

I received the wrong item
If you received the wrong item, contact customer service at support@stt.hair within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the incorrect item.

My order arrived damaged
Report any damaged products to customer service within 5 business days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photos of the damage. Shiloh Temple Tresses will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Where should I mail my authorized return?
Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll be provided with the return address and instructions on how to ship the item back.

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact customer service immediately at orders@stt.hair or (860) 759-7723. If the order has already been shipped, changes may not be possible.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact customer service as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Yes, certain items (all blonde hair extensions colors #613 and #60) are available for pre-order. These items are custom-made and require 10-14 business days for processing. Pre-order options will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
